Account Opening and User Eligibility

To open an neng account, you must provide your full name, email address, phone number, and residential address. We require this information to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and to prevent fraud. During account creation, we verify that the information you supply is accurate and that the person opening the account is the rightful account owner.

Our neng services are available only to users in jurisdictions where local law permits. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. You are responsible for verifying that your access to and use of neng complies with your own jurisdiction's laws and regulations. If your jurisdiction does not permit online betting or gaming, you should not use neng.

Deposits and Account Funding

We reserve the right to void or cancel any bet that appears fraudulent, was placed in error, or involved a malfunction on neng's platform. If a market is cancelled, your stake is refunded in full to your neng account balance. If a match or event is postponed or not completed, bets on that market are typically treated as void and stakes are returned.
